Certified and qualified diesel mechanics across heavy fleet
Redline Mechanical Group is a heavy diesel specialist based in Western Australia. We service trucks, road trains, trailers, earthmoving equipment, and heavy vehicles for fleet operators across the Perth metro area, the Wheatbelt, and regional WA.
We're not a one-size-fits-all shop. Heavy diesel is all we do, and we do it properly. From scheduled servicing and full engine rebuilds through to labour hire for your site or workshop, our goal is to be your single point of contact for everything mechanical — so you never need to chase around for another workshop.
We built this business on a simple idea: the relationship between a fleet operator and their mechanic matters. When you trust the person working on your trucks, everything runs smoother — the communication, the turnaround, the results. That trust is backed by a customer portal that puts your full service history, digital inspection reports and invoices in your hands 24/7.
I started Redline Mechanical Group because I saw a gap in how heavy vehicle operators were being looked after. Too many workshops treat fleet work like a transaction — truck comes in, invoice goes out, and the customer never really knows what happened in between.
I wanted to do it differently. Every customer deserves to know exactly what's being done to their truck, why it's being done, and what it's going to cost. That's not a sales pitch. It's just how I was raised to do business.
I grew up in country Victoria and did my time there as a diesel mechanic. From there I headed up to Queensland, working across the Bowen Basin, then over to the Pilbara, and I'm now based here in Western Australia. Along the way I've worked on everything from trucks and road trains to earthmoving gear and mining equipment — and I've seen firsthand what happens when maintenance gets neglected and corners get cut.
Keeping a fleet at a high standard of maintenance isn't as hard as people think. It comes down to the right systems, the right documentation, a customer portal that gives you full visibility, and a mechanic who actually works alongside you — not just for you. That's the goal at Redline. We work with our customers to get their fleet and trucks to a standard where almost every repair is predictable and breakdowns are kept to an absolute minimum.
Whether it's a scheduled service on a Kenworth or pulling the head off a CAT dozer in the middle of the Wheatbelt, the standard is the same — professional work, honest communication, and no surprises.
Founder & Lead Technician
Most workshops wait for things to break. We don't. Redline Mechanical Group is built around preventative maintenance — the right systems, the right documentation, a customer portal built for transparency, and the right service schedules to keep your fleet running and eliminate unplanned downtime.
Breakdowns cost you more than just a repair bill. They cost you drivers sitting idle, loads running late, and customers losing confidence. We build maintenance programs that catch problems early — so your trucks stay on the road where they belong.

Every Redline customer gets access to a dedicated online portal — your single source of truth for everything we do on your fleet. No chasing paperwork. No lost invoices. No wondering what was done, when, or why. Just clear, real-time visibility from anywhere.
Every job, every part, every hour — itemised and tied to the vehicle it was done on. Pull up the complete history of any truck in your fleet in seconds.
Every invoice we've ever sent you — sorted, searchable, downloadable. No more digging through emails when the bookkeeper asks for paperwork.
Detailed digital inspection reports show exactly what needs attention and why. Approve or decline recommended work with one click — no phone tag, no delays.
Quotes, updates, approvals and follow-ups all in one thread — tied to the vehicle and the job. Nothing gets lost between texts, emails and phone calls.
Clear, open communication every step of the way. Scope of work, timing and costs are confirmed upfront and documented in your customer portal — so there's never any guesswork about what's happening with your truck or why.
Clear communication, honest assessments, and work completed to the highest standard. We explain what's wrong and what we're doing about it — in plain English.
Matching uniforms, clean vehicles, consistent branding across everything. How we show up to your site reflects exactly how we work on your trucks.
Our core focus. With the right systems, documentation, and maintenance schedules, most breakdowns can be prevented before they happen.

We work with fleet operators to build custom servicing schedules that reduce downtime and eliminate surprise repair bills.
